Giving Brangelina A Run For Their Money!
Ok, since so many are sharing their New Year’s Resolutions I’m going to publicly mention that one of mine is to lose the weight that I’m unhappy with, and tone up. And officially after two weeks worth of drinking water, running treadmill, using hand weights, walking to pick up kids from school, eating healthy, cutting back on the carbs, and not eating after 8pm I’ve lost 6 pounds so far. YAY!! Not bad at all for only two weeks worth of working on it.
Thanks go out to my darling husband who’s the best support ever! He constantly is cheering me on and telling me how radiant I look. I love that man!
I’m excited to reach my goal in the next few months, and then have my scale self destruct! LOL

Well I’m not seeing a huge physical difference yet. I just like the numbers on my scale more, and I’m needing to keep track of inches because that’s more telling I think.
Thanks for the encouragement, I’ll keep you all posted on how I’m doing. (Katie, when I married Nathan I was 104 pounds and I’m nowhere near that now!! LOL!) Don’t worry I’m not going for painfully skinny. I’m going for healthy and HOT

Ok, this is awesome and I’m going to put away the cheescake muffin someone dropped on my desk this morning!! This is just totally motivational and I too need to do this. Oh my goodness it takes so much discipline. Way to go Dee - I’m loving that you’re into a combination of eating healthy, drinking lots of water, walking, weights etc. - SO PROUD OF YOU. You are setting a great example! You know the saying “You Go Girl”…!!

This is also one of my goals, we have this beautiful bowflex down in the basement and both mike and I keep saying we are going to work out on it.( dont get me wrong we do use it, but not nearly enough.) I want to be as motivated as you.

Great Job D!
Do you feel healthier as a result too? Every now and again when I decide to have a healthy week or so I feel much better healthwise.
Well, keep it up, and keep us posted
